Since joining Sweethaven in 2015, Melissa has been responsible for developing business structures, forming partnerships and elevating brand image to enable growth of Sweethaven Business Services and Sweethaven Education Services. Melissa is passionate about harnessing both company and people’s potential to drive success to the next level and recently won the PCR Woman of the Year “Rising Star” Award.

 

Prior to joining Sweethaven, Melissa held over 7 years’ experience within media, international business development and project management. During this time she worked with large media groups including the BBC and the Financial Times, before moving into the position of Vice President of Production for an international oil and gas group.

 

Melissa has a 1st class degree in English Literature & Spanish from Exeter University. In her spare time, she is a keen sports enthusiast and is currently training for a half-iron man in May.
