Sinead Greenaway

Chief Technology and Operations Officer
Sinead Greenaway has extensive industry experience in technology, business strategy and broadcast operations, and is a member of UKTV’s Executive Leadership Team. As Chief Technology and Operations Officer (CTOO), Sinead is responsible for all technical and operational aspects of UKTV, including the roll-out of digital services under the network’s fast-growing TV on demand service, UKTV Play. Since joining UKTV in March 2015, Sinead has been responsible for leading a successful technology refresh, spanning business systems and digital app development, and driving the company’s data strategy programme.
Justin Gupta
Google
Head of UK Broadcast and Entertainment
Justin Gupta is Head of Broadcast & Entertainment at Google UK, responsible for developing partnerships in the TV and publishing space. With a background in TV and digital publishing, Justin has worked in a variety of roles related to advertising, content acquisition and TV operations at Google, YouTube, Red Bee Media and the BBC. Most recently, Justin has specialised in Dynamic Ad Insertion, a new IP driven technology to provide customised advertising in connected devices, implementing this for Euro 2016 with TF1 in France and as the digital sales house for BT Sport in the UK.
Keith Underwood
Channel 4
Director of Strategy and Technology
Keith is the member of Channel 4’s Executive Committee responsible for strategy and corporate development, broadcast operations, content management, corporate systems, and the development of C4’s digital products. Recruited to Channel 4 with an initial brief of managing and monetising business transformation to a full public service digital media network, Keith subsequently led the project to launch All 4; Channel 4’s award-winning video on demand service which replaced 4oD in 2015. Keith is Board Director of DUK and Parable VR, having previously served as Chairman of Freeview and a Board Director of YouView. Before joining Channel 4, Keith was employed by Discovery Networks International. He was Vice President of Strategy and Digital Media for all territories outside the US, having previously served as a member of the UK Executive Management Team responsible for strategy and business/commercial development. Keith joined Discovery from the Corporate Strategy Department of BSkyB, having started his career as a Strategy Consultant with PwC.
Martin Goswami
ITV
Director of Pay and Distribution
After Philosophy at Cambridge, Martin spent 10 years as a management consultant in the USA and UK before joining UK production company, Planet 24 in 1995, to develop new business, including Atomic TV - local MTV style channels in Eastern Europe. In 1999 he joined Polish television platform, At Entertainment, as Director of Programming. Following At Entertainment’s acquisition by Liberty Global he ran third party programming before joining BSkyB in 2000 as Commercial Director. His four years at Sky included establishing Freeview as a joint venture between Sky, BBC and Arqiva, setting up At The Races and selling Sky’s stake in QVC. Leaving Sky, he established broadband TV start up, Aggregator raising £9m. Between 2007 and 2009, he was International COO of Top Up TV, setting up its French subsidiary and managing its Luxembourg-based subscription operations. He joined ITV full-time in August 2011 as Director of Pay and Distribution with responsibility for developing ITV’s pay TV activities (both within the UK and internationally) and managing its major distribution platforms.
