Nikki Lannen is a leader in the Virtual Reality space in Ireland.
She is the Founder and CEO of WarDucks; a Virtual Reality studio focused on making high quality games and experiences for the Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality platforms.
Nikki runs the IRISH VR MeetUp which takes place every 2 months. A chance for anyone building Virtual Reality products in the Irish community to come together and showcase what they are working on. There have been a range of speakers at these events to share their learning's. IRISH VR is consistently sold out and is focus point for anyone building in the VR space in Ireland.
She runs the Virtual Reality Ireland Facebook group which is a great way to share any developments in the space through social media. She is a regular speaker at conferences including Casual Connect San Francisco 2016 and was a judge on the Irish Early Career Awards 2016.
Her games experience comes through her time at Facebook, where she spent 4+ years. She was a founding member of the games team there and worked closely with C level executives from the top games businesses in EMEA.
From here she founded WarDucks. By combining her knowledge with a highly skilled development, art and animation team they are creating top of class content for virtual and augmented reality platforms.
