Mark has a clear understanding of the player journey from the registration funnel, new player on-boarding, first game played, first ranked game played, first transaction, esports engagement and ultimately reasons for churn leading to player re-engagement.
His previous position was brand and analytics director at Riot where he was responsible for the stewardship of the LoL brand as well new player acquisition, retention, revivals and player insights within the Oceanic region. Prior to this he worked at Activision.
