With over 18 years’ experience in game design and product management, Phil has recently taken the helm of Jagex as CEO. The company is home to iconic MMORPG RuneScape, a living world that has been inhabited by over 250 million players in its lifetime. Under Phil’s leadership, the RuneScape franchise has enjoyed a renaissance, powered by community-driven development and with moves into competitive gaming and mobile. In 2016 Jagex became part of China’s FuKong Interactive Entertainment and today forms the western arm of this global games group.
