Mike has overall responsibility for driving Grass Valley’s product roadmap and strategy, as well as overseeing the development of technology cores that can be leveraged across the company.

As Chairman of AIMS he is instrumental in creating unique and historic cross-industry alignment around technological innovations to benefit the whole of the broadcast industry. Born of a vision to avoid the bloody ‘format wars’ where competing proprietary technologies hampered progress and added cost, AIMS together with leading industry bodies, has unified the industry to provide a common vision, voice and inter-operable set of standards to enable full realization of the benefits of IP in production and broadcast.
